BRISBANE, Australia December 18, 2019 —The Better Health Generation (TBHG) today announced the appointment of Kerrie Payne as TBHG brand Back2Work’s National Operations Manager.

Mr Cicchini said Ms Payne was promoted to the new, national role after two years as Back2Work State Manager for Western Australia.

“Kerrie has worked with us for two-and-a-half years and has proven herself to be a valuable asset to our Back2Work brand,” Mr Cicchini said. “She is highly regarded for exemplary commitment to her work, her leadership skills and the support of her team through training and mentoring. As Back2Work National Operations Manager, Ms Payne will be responsible for the success of the Back2Work brand, working closely with Back2Work State Managers and Partnership Managers and also the TBHG Executive Leadership team.

In the initial phase of her appointment, Ms Payne will focus on progressing and diversifying the revenue lines for the Back2Work brand and working closely with Back2Work State Managers to set and maintain a high level of national quality and best practice standards.
