Back2Work provides psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and other allied health services to employment service providers. We have a strong reputation for high quality and our academically-based, work-focussed, results-driven approach.

All Back2Work health professionals are tertiary educated and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), the national agency that set the standards and policies all registered health practitioners must meet.

We assist the most disadvantaged, hardest to help participants to gain and sustain employment. Back2Work are in partnership, best known for helping participants to become work ready in 4.2 sessions. We bring evidence based tools and solutions that can be customised to suit your needs and labour market.

We are located throughout Australia with offices in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australian, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

We work on-site, alongside your team to offer individual sessions, group programs and digital health solutions that wrap around participants.
