Program description

Step2Work Program – Our counselling and mental health program where participants receive our individualised 5-hour program of clinical and vocationally-focused intervention to address all their mental health barriers to employment
Engage2Evolve Program – Our counselling and motivational program where participants who are finding it difficult to engage in services will receive our individualised 5-hour counselling program to motivate them to be more engaged in looking for work
Fit2Work Program – Our medical and health related intervention program where participants who are presenting with physical or medical barriers to employment will receive our individualised 5-hour health program to build their physical capacity and fitness for work
Health advisory program - Our medical and health related intervention program where participants receive 3 to 4 hours of health intervention and health advice concluded with a medical report.
Health and work support plan - Our professional health and work service provides an intensive job seeker barrier assessment, support mapping and rapid community based referral pathway to address short, medium and long term barriers to employment. This 2 session service concludes with a 6-week road to success plan.
Maintain2Sustain- Is our rapid response professional services PPS to address any barriers to sustaining employment. This service can be flexibly delivered outside of hours, digitally, face to face in the community, or if appropriate, onsite with the employer.
Recover4Work Program – Our drug, alcohol and gambling rehabilitation program where participants receive our individualised 5-hour program of clinical intervention to address drugs and alcohol or gambling barriers to employment

This Works!4Youth

Program description

Empower2Work- Empower2Work is designed to support single parents with developing life goals that are consistent with a future success in parenting, work and finances
Fit2Work- This program is delivered by a registered Occupational Therapist (or similar), and will assist participants to manage their physical conditions, pain symptoms, and to build their overall capacity for employment to assist them to find work sooner
Good2Work- Designed for ex-offenders enhances the evidence-based Good Lives Model of transition out of incarceration and includes a strong element of vocational direction and identity
Journey2Work- This program supports CALD communities, respectively and valuing the contribution of a diverse workforce
Moving2Work- This program is designed to enhance physical health, facilitated by an Occupational Therapist (or similar)
Path2Work – Supports ATSI communities, linking key spiritual, psychological and behavioural strategies to improve the wellbeing and journey into work
Ready, Set, Go!- This is a unique motivational employment assistance program designed to inspire participants who are having difficulty finding or sustaining employment. The program has been specifically tailored to inspire and motivate participants through storytelling so they develop the internal drive to find and sustain employment.
Ready2Work- This program is designed to assist participant with their vocational alignment and motivation towards work
Recover4Work- Our Recover4Work program is designed to support participants with their motivation to change their gambling, alcohol and other substances behaviours that inherently disadvantage job attainment and employment retention
Rolling4Work- This 4 week open group is designed for participants to builds resilience, enhances communication, teamwork and problem solving for work, increases motivation & confidence, and improves work behaviours
Stepin2Work- This program engages the VLTUE cohort, co-delivered by an Occupational Therapist (or similar) and a psychologist, designed to increase both the physical and psychological health of participants
Take Your Marks- An inspirational and motivational short course program delivered by an Accelerator (elite athlete) and a registered Allied Health professional, combining elite sports mindset with evidence-based vocational principles to motivate and provide participants with the confidence they need to begin and or restart their employment journey.
This Works!- This program is designed to motivate all participants to address their non-vocational and vocational barriers to engaging in work
This Works!4Youth- This is a youth program designed to help them participants plan for their careers and give them the strategies to address their non-vocational and vocational barriers to enter the workforce
