Group programs

Our group programs help groups of job seekers who are facing similar challenges develop the skills, confidence and resilience necessary to get a job and stay in work.

Our tailored-for-you programs have a dynamic and focussed format where all members are encouraged to participant in activities.

The programs are led by a highly experienced AHPRA registered Back2Work allied health clinician who supports and educates each member of the group with information and feedback.

Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook and homework to aid reflection and to help them move towards and achieve their goals.

Benefits of our group programs:

  • Group members often become a support network for each other
  • A group approach encourages sharing and workshopping of ideas
  • Groups reinforce to the individual that they are not alone. Talking and listening to others often helps individuals put their challenges into perspective
  • Seeing and listening to others helps facilitate positive change, supporting members to learn a variety of ways to find the right job for them.
